Felix gained his knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law as Associate General In-House Counsel to real estate developers and management companies in New York City. Having worked hand-in-had with property managers, as well as owners and operators of large multi-family properties, our firm specializes in advising and representing clients with the goal of maximizing their portfolios and investments.
In addition to numerous years as Associate In-House Counsel, Felix has gained valuable experience working in boutique and large real estate litigation firms in New York City. Felix has successfully handled numerous Housing Court and Civil Court matters in the 5 boroughs of New York City, including conducting trials and hearings.
